2. User Conduct

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the service for:

• The distribution of illegal or unauthorized content.
• Any behavior that constitutes harassment, bullying, or exploitation.
• Uploading or sharing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance for this and will report such activity to the authorities.

3. Content Moderation & Reporting

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms. Users can report violations via the in-app reporting tools. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our community standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All music data and metadata are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Users retain ownership of the reviews and comments they post, but grant TypeBeat a license to display them.

5. Limitation of Liability

TypeBeat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
